Shipping Information: We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using the small “priority mail” boxes.
Estimated Shipping Time: Most U.S. customers can expect their cartridge puller to arrive within 4 – 5 business days from when the order is placed. From what I have experienced, this entirely depends on where you live. If you live near a major city, the USPS will be able to get your puller to you a little faster than if you live out in the more remote parts of the country. If you have not received your tool after 5 business days, please contact me for tracking information.
Expedited/Overnight Shipping: We can ship overnight packages to most of the USA. Email me for more information.
Product Availability: We ship our product anywhere in the USA at the price shown – including Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders, please email me your address, and I’ll figure it out and let you know. Canadian orders generally take 8 – 10 business days and cost an additional $25 in shipping.
Refund/Returns Policy: I personally assemble every tool by hand and test each of them for functionality. I guarantee they will work as advertised as long as you follow the directions given. I cannot, however, guarantee the condition of the cartridge you are trying to extract. Success relies on the integrity of the cartridge stem, and the operator’s ability to utilize the tool as designed. I will happily refund for any tool that does not completely satisfy as long as it’s not damaged or rusty.
