It worked as described. I bought it principally based on reviews where it plainly stated no cartridges broke when being extracted. I wasn’t as lucky! My MOEN cartridge broke right at the base, with 7/8 of the body coming out! FORTUNATELY, I was able to reach in with needle nose pliers and extract the plastic base broken off just below the two ports on either side of the cartridge body
I’d buy it again! I just believed this would have eliminated a broken cartridge and a single effort extraction!
Pricey, but when it only takes 3 minutes to complete, time is money!

Used twice , zipped the old cartridges
out as advertised 👍
